Shipping policy
We proudly offer FREE shipping via DHL, UPS or other reliable express companies! Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days. Please consider any high peak season, holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong or defective items, please take some clear pictures of the situation and contact us at: info@koazi.com within 7 days. We will look into and assist you in solving the problem.
We suggest you check the appearance and all the other necessary parts of the item after you receive your order, even if you are not planning to install it, and contact us within 7 days if you find any problems. Otherwise we will not be able to assist in replacing the wrong/defective items or reshipping missing accessories.
